The ALFA room rate for these hotels is $159 per day and includes free shuttle service to the Gaylord Palms.

Resort Fee
The Gaylord Palms™ Resort & Convention Center has a $10.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check in, that includes:
- Wireless internet access in guest rooms, atriums, and poolside
- Daily newspaper delivered to your door
- Dasani bottled water (2 per room, per day)
- Unlimited access to the resort's state-of-the-art Canyon Ranch SpaClub Fitness Center
- High-speed internet access in each guestroom

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to honor your reservation, please cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date or your first night's room and tax will be retained. Early departures are subject to a $50.00 fee. Please note that this is applicable only if you change your departure date after check in. Confirmation: Once you submit your reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the charges to appear on your credit card. If you do not receive this e-mail, please notify the Gaylord Palms™ Resort & Convention Center at 1-407-586-2000.
